Refund Policy

Have you received an item that wasn't what you thought it would be or the sizing just wasn't quite right?


We are happy to offer ONLINE STORE CREDIT for the return of any FULL priced item within 7 DAYS of your item being received. We do not accept returns of 'Sale/Clearance' items.

Credit will be offered for the full price of the item/s only, does not include any postage costs.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for 'change of mind' or 'incorrect sizes' 
Your store credit can be used to purchase another size or a completely new item, however we do not hold items or sizes for exchanges.

We check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending them to you. If by chance we have missed a manufacturing fault, you may return the item but we will closely revise the item before providing a full refund (item cost only, does not include postage).

All returned items will undergo a quality control check to ensure the item/s have been received in it's original, new and unworn condition with tags still attached.
If the item has been worn, has been damaged (includes dirty marks, makeup/deodorant stains), washed or altered, we have the right to return the item back to you without any refund or exchange.

Postage costs for the returned item/s are at the expense of the customer. Please enclose and return your item/s with the completed Lotus & Twine Boutique Returns Form.
